This Agreement is made by and between Ritually Rooted and ("Student/Member") whereby Ritually Rooted "Page" ("Mentor") agrees to provide coaching services to gain certification as a Naturopathic Coach through the IPCA. The contact email of the coach is [email protected]
The above-named student/member will sign this agreement for himself/herself.
Ritually Rooted is a Private Membership Association and conducts itself as such. All students participating in The Naturopathic Coaching Course are herein referred to as members of the coalition of Ritually Rooted & The Earthen Lineage School Private Membership Association. Members of such associations make a vow to act with honor, with pure and good intentions for the outcome of all living beings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Student/Member is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Student/ Member agrees that the Naturopathic Coaching Mentor is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Mentor. The Mentor is not responsible for either the action or inaction of the Student/Member.
2. Student/Member understands that this coaching course is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters; including but not limited to; business lawyers, doctors or other specialists. This course is an offering of knowledge specifically about creating your own holistic health coaching business, and is only offered to private members of Ritually Rooted & Earthen Lineage School. The sharing of any PDF's, documents, or other learning tools included in the course to any persons outside of the membership is prohibited.
3. Student/Member agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the course.
SERVICES
Page/"Mentor" will be available to "Student/Member" by email or slack in between scheduled meetings as defined by the Mentor.
This coaching course will be inclusive of main pillars to understand & implement the creation of a Naturopathic Coaching business. & all information needed will be communicated to said Student/Member through Thinkific, Instagram &/or email. the Mentor will try every method to have a communicated response of acknowledgment from said client.
SCHEDULE AND DUES
Client agrees to pay Ritually Rooted an agreed upon downpayment in advance to hold their spot. This will be applied towards the balance to be paid in full for the offering of The Naturopathic Coaching Course. If the student chooses not to participate or changes their mind, they must know this coaching fee is non-refundable along with any payments made including & thereafter the down payment. The entire amount is required to be paid in full regardless of student completion. Following the conclusion of the FINAL total paid amount and the completion of the course, the member/student will have the ability to register their coaching certificates through the "IPCA".
If the total DUES are not paid before the start date of the course and there is an agreed upon payment plan, it is acknowledged that the payment will be made every month and will continue every month following until the balance is paid in full. The student/ member can pay off the remaining balance at anytime.
If there is a balance, and the client does not make the agreed upon monthly payment, Ritually Rooted reserves the right to halt services to said client. Furthermore, if there is no payment for over 2 months while a balance exists, there will be a fee of $1,000 added every 60 days to said balance for lack of payment.
